Financial Information
Once a treatment plan has been formulated, reviewed, and accepted by you, a treatment fee estimate will be devised and presented to you. No treatment will commence until you are in full acceptance of the treatment plan and all associated costs.
If you have dental insurance, we will bill your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy and any payments received from your insurance company will be deducted from your total balance. Many times, insurance reimbursement will go directly to you. Currently, we do not participate in any “in-network” ppo dental insurance plans, however, this does not mean that you cannot use your dental insurance at our practice. Contact our financial coordinator, Claudia Beltran, for a detailed explanation of insurance coverage prior to start of any treatment.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged at the time treatment is rendered regardless of your insurance coverage.
For large, multi-disciplinary treatment plans, arrangements will be made to pay for treatment in phases as these types of cases take several months to complete. Occasionally, monthly payment plans can be arranged prior to start of treatment and signing of financial contracts.
